Exentar del pago de impuestos a los fabricantes, ensambladores, distribuidores autorizados o comerciantes del ramo vehicular, cuando otro país aplique arancel superior al 10%. Facultar a la Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público para actualizar el calendario de entrega y montos participables que recibirá cada entidad federativa, durante la exención del pago de impuestos, dicho calendario y monto se publicará en el Diario Oficial de la Federación.
