Fijar una pena de 3 a 10 años de prisión y multa de hasta 1000 Unidades de Medida y Actualización (UMA) a quien acceda a un sistema de informática o datos protegidos por algún mecanismo de seguridad, con el fin de sustraer, modificar, destruir, copiar o alterar información. Aumentar la pena en una tercera parte, cuando el delito sea cometido con el fin de causar un daño psicológico o material a la víctima.
