What it does
La iniciativa tiene por objeto regular la revalidación de estudios realizados en el extranjero. Para ello propone establecer que el Estado garantizará la revalidación y equivalencia de estudios realizados en el extranjero, promoviendo procedimientos ágiles, simplificados y sin costo para los mexicanos que retornen al país, especialmente en el caso de niñas, niños y adolescentes.
