Incorporar un Título Séptimo De los Reconocimientos Otorgados por el Congreso. Señalar que los únicos reconocimientos que podrán ser otorgados por las y los legisladores son los que institucionalmente se encuentran reconocidos en esta ley y en los reglamentos de las Cámaras de Diputados y de Senadores. Precisar que queda prohibido el uso de las instalaciones e imagen institucional del Congreso de la Unión para realizar eventos de entrega de reconocimientos que no estén establecidos en el marco legal correspondiente.
