Establecer que las fiscalías deberán contar con personal especializado, para la atención de delitos sexuales contra niñas, niños y adolescentes, que permita acreditar o descartar la comisión del delito. Asimismo, se propone establecer que será obligación del Ministerio Público recabar todos los elementos necesarios para determinar el daño y poder garantizar una reparación integral.
