Instaurar que, para la autorización del cambio de uso de suelo, que tenga como propósito producir cultivos de caña de azúcar, soya, palma de aceite, maíz, café, aguacate y agave, con el fin de restaurar y mejorar el medio ambiente impactado por estos, deberán establecerse en la misma zona de influencia agrícola un porcentaje de zona natural endémica de restauración del medio ambiente.
