What it does
Agregar que las políticas de vivienda deberán garantizar la accesibilidad, a las personas con discapacidad y las desarrolladoras de vivienda de interés social estarán obligadas a destinar al menos el 10 por ciento de las unidades habitacionales que construyan a viviendas adaptadas para personas con discapacidad, dichas viviendas deberán cumplir con los criterios establecidos en la normatividad vigente en materia de accesibilidad.
