What it does

La iniciativa tiene por objeto garantizar el pleno respeto al derecho a la educación y la inclusión de niñas, niños y adolescentes con discapacidad en todos los niveles del Sistema Educativo Nacional, desarrollando y aplicando normas y reglamentos que eviten su discriminación. Para ello propone indicar que se llevarán a cabo las acciones necesarias para propiciar las condiciones idóneas a efecto de que las instituciones educativas cuenten con las condiciones de accesibilidad, recursos tecnológicos, apoyos didácticos y personal docente capacitado para brindar una educación de calidad en todos los niveles y modalidades, e impulsar y apoyar el crecimiento en áreas deportivas y culturales.
