Agregar la definición de "Acoso Sexual" y "Hostigamiento". Considerar como falta administrativa grave al servidor público que resulte responsable de acoso sexual por ejercer cualquier comportamiento físico o verbal de naturaleza sexual que tenga el propósito o produzca el efecto de atentar contra la dignidad de una persona; en particular, cuando se crea un entorno laboral intimidatorio, degradante u ofensivo. Entender como falta administrativa grave al servidor público que resulte responsable de hostigamiento que al ejercer conductas con fines lascivos asedie reiteradamente a persona de cualquier sexo, valiéndose de su posición jerárquica derivada de sus relaciones laborales.
