What it does
Considerar a los trabajadores que sean madres o padres de familia las facilidades necearías para que puedan disfrutar el periodo vacacional que les corresponde en las mismas fechas previstas por el calendario escolar emitido por la Secretaría de Educación Pública, así también tendrá la facultad de decidir la forma y tiempo para distribuir los días a los que tenga derecho, conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 78 de la presente Ley.
