Incluir en los lineamientos de las escuelas relativos a la seguridad, la instalación de sistemas de videovigilancia en tiempo real, conectados a un Centro de Comando, dicho sistema deberá garantizar la seguridad de los estudiantes, docentes y personal administrativo, el cual operará bajo lineamientos establecidos por las autoridades competentes y deberán contar con una bitácora del ingreso y salida del personal a los sanitarios.
