Agregar, que el estado en caso de compatibilidad garantizará el pago íntegro de ambas pensiones por jubilación y viudez, por lo que la suma de las mismas podrá exceder el monto equivalente a diez veces el salario mínimo establecido, por lo que ambas pensiones tienen orígenes distintos, garantizando derechos diferentes y tienen autonomía financiera.
